CONSULTING TO ANALYZE AND HEAL PROBLEMS
STRATEGIC PLANNING - PUBLIC RELATIONS - SPECIAL PROJECTS

_______________________________________________________

By way of introduction, I am a Creative Consultant, with extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Public Relations, and Analysis, Research, Review and Writing of Documents.  This expertise was acquired through a history of service with distinction in many challenging roles as set forth in my RESUME below.

Qualifications:  I graduated in 1975 from Colgate University Phi Beta Kappa with Honors in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and then received my Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1978.  While my education is Political Science and Law, I have specialized in Consulting to analyze and heal problems and to advise on strategic planning, public relations and special projects.  I have owned businesses; served on Boards of Directors; been the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of public and private companies; managed Public Relations; provided strategic advice on Regulations and Legislation at all levels of Government and was based in Washington, D.C. for many years. I was an Adjunct Law School Professor at William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia and at Regent Law School in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Philosophy:  My philosophy focuses on compassion and our interdependence to achieve results through education, knowledge, analysis, understanding and ethics.  Because of our interdependence, world coexistence is the answer.

Volunteer and Charitable Endeavors:  I spend significant time in volunteer work with charities and other organizations, assisting with fundraising, public relations, special events and special projects, and am adept at scanning photographs, inventorying and archiving rare books, art, manuscripts and other collections for auctions, galleries and libraries.  I am also an instructor, mentor and tutor to children and teens.
